Laravel is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software platform that provides:

Sales transaction processing
Inventory management
Customer management
Reporting and analytics
Multi-branch support
Team management

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and limitations:

Starter Plan: $29/month - 2 users, 1 branch, 100 products
Professional Plan: $79/month - 10 users, 5 branches, 1,000 products
Enterprise Plan: $199/month - Unlimited users, branches, and products

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial period.

4.3 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Laravel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
